Two approaches to conservative neck dissection


    The comprehensive treatment of papillary thyroid cancer metastatic to lateral neck lymph nodes must include a thorough lateral neck dissection including levels II-Vb. This video demonstrates two different approaches to level Vb that can be applied depending on the nodal involvement in this echelon in addition to a reliable and thorough approach to dissecting levels II-IV.
