The Call for Video Submissions has closed. Thank you to all who have submitted.
One of the highlights of previous World Congress meetings has been the video sessions that were highly rated and well attended. We invite you to showcase your expertise in the surgical management of thyroid cancer at the upcoming World Congress on Thyroid Cancer. Submit your surgical technique videos for an opportunity to contribute to this global event and share innovative approaches with fellow professionals. These sessions will be moderated by Drs. Jeremy Freeman, Toronto, Canada and Allen Ho, Los Angeles, USA. The videos will be commented upon in the sessions by surgical world experts.
Video Submission – Submit an abstract up to 250 words describing or outlining the video. There is an option but not a requirement to submit a clip/preview of the video with your abstract submission (up to 50MB in WMV format). The focus of your submission should be surgical techniques and best practices in thyroid cancer management. Upon acceptance of your abstract, you will be provided with a link to upload your video. Video files can be up to 2GB (high-definition quality) and in any format (MP4 or MOV recommended).
Video Length – Prepare your presentation to fit within the allowed time frame of 7 minutes for video presentations before a panel of experts, which will be followed by a 5-minute review and discussion. It is important to keep to the allotted time – for logistical reasons, as well as out of respect for co-presenters. Time keeping will be strict.
Selected videos will be featured during the Congress and may be included in post-event educational resources.
