Advanced Ultrasound Course

  • The Advanced Ultrasound program on Saturday June 22, 2019 will be coordinated by very experienced and knowledgeable faculty demonstrating and then helping participants practice the nuances of needle biopsy and neck ultrasound interpretation.

The morning program will give participants an unparalleled chance to practice different techniques of ultrasound guided needle biopsy on prepared models as well as tips on preparation of the material and the basics of interpretation. The afternoon session will be very informative with ultrasound experts discussing the nuances of assessment for recurrent disease in the central neck, lateral neck pathology, ultrasound guided non-surgical ablative treatments and use of TI-RADS, ATA and other nodule risk assessment strategies.
