    Refund/Cancellation Policy:

    An administration fee of $100 applies to all cancellations by May 31, 2019. NO REFUND after May 31, 2019.

    Requests for refunds must be in writing.

    The Congress Secretariat reserves the right to cancel this program. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of the cancellation. The Secretariat will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses other than the registration fees that such cancellation may cause.


    International Registrants:

    Please check with the Italian consulate in your country whether you require a visitor’s visa. Conference registrants requiring a visa for Italy can request an invitation letter from the conference secretariat in order to assist with their visa application. Registration and payment must be completed FIRST.
