Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Please note that registrations can only be accepted and confirmed upon full payment.
An administration fee of €100 applies to all cancellations before May 7, 2027. Requests for refunds must be emailed to registration@thyroidworldcongress.com, no refunds after May 7, 2027.
Registrations are transferable at no additional cost – if possible, please provide us with the change at least 3 days prior to event start.

The Congress Secretariat reserves the right to cancel this program. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of the cancellation. The Secretariat will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses other than the registration fees that such cancellation may cause.
