Lindsay Bischoff


Dr. Lindsay Bischoff is Professor of Medicine in the Division of Endocrinology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She serves as the Associate Division Director for Clinical Education and Faculty Affairs, the Medical Director of the Vanderbilt Thyroid and Adrenal Center, and the Program Director for the Fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Vanderbilt. Her clinical practice focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer. She is an active member of the American Thyroid Association (ATA) and serves on the Board of Directors for both the International Thyroid Oncology Group (ITOG), and the World Congress on Thyroid Cancer (WCTC). She is an author of the 2025 ATA Guidelines on Differentiated Thyroid Carcinoma and is the Chair for the Guidelines on Thyroid Carcinoma of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN). She has served on the editorial boards of Clinical Thyroidology and JCEM Case Reports and is an Associate Editor for Endocrine Related Cancer.
